Twyla Caudill
Jewelry
Beaded and Polymer Clay
I am a Native New Mexican born and raised in Albuquerque and have settled in the Rio Rancho area as of 2006. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of New Mexico, an associate degree in computer science and business management from Eastern New Mexico University - Roswell, and currently have four kids and four grandchildren.
I started making jewelry back in the late 80’s as a way to keep myself busy while raising my kids by myself and going to college. I started with Loom Work but could not get the pieces off the loom and have them look “Finished”, so I started working with wire and stringing beads. I have expanded my knowledge into other areas (candle making, soap making, floral arrangements, polymer clay, etc.) but have always gone back to bead work. For a time, I also used to work with gourds and still do a little bit with them. I have done carving, weaving, dyeing, and growing them. Over the years, I have made and given away more pieces of my work than I can remember.
As I get closer to retirement, I have a vision of traveling to different states and participating in many different craft shows during the Fall and Spring seasons and enjoying my grandkids during the Winter and Summer seasons while re-stocking my finished products.

Larry Bell
Photography
Larry Bell – Photographic Images Photography has fascinated me ever since I inherited a Brownie box camera and developed my first roll of black and white film as a teenager. The digital age and computer programs have given me even more ways to explore the mystery and magic of creating images with light.
Science has explained the physical process of making light into substance, but the most meaningful images seem to come from the heart and mind. The viewer is asked to recall a memory, an instant, a place, a relationship, to form an idea - in order to invoke a feeling or sense of presence beyond mere light and shadow.
Making my images sharable, yet intimate, prompted me to turn some pictures into greeting cards. Using gift bags, beverage cups, and wall-mounted, stretched canvases have also been great ways for me to share my images. I hope that you enjoy seeing a few examples of my work. Thank you so much for your time.
